Facilities & Equipment Technician

Role Summary
This role is responsible for keeping Everlast Brands running smoothly by maintaining our facilities, vehicles, and operational equipment. Through responsive repairs and proactive upkeep, this technician plays a key role in reducing downtime and extending the life of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular facility maintenance at all Everlast Brands locations (offices, retail, warehouse, and job sites)
- Conduct basic repairs across plumbing, lighting, doors, HVAC filters, and general building systems
- Complete vehicle maintenance (fluid checks, tire rotation, battery replacement) and coordinate vendor repairs
- Maintain tools and jobsite equipment, ensuring they’re safe, clean, and ready for use
- Document all work orders, inspections, and repairs using internal maintenance software
- Quickly respond to urgent facility or fleet issues, minimizing operational disruption
- Support facility improvement projects (e.g., shelving installation, office setup, painting, signage)
- Monitor supply inventory and restock or reorder tools and materials as needed
- Delivers equipment or orders as needed
- Work collaboratively with department leads to plan and schedule preventative maintenance

Performance Goals & Expectations
- Respond to standard maintenance requests within 24 hours
- First-pass fix rate of 90% or higher for non-specialized issues
- Monthly preventative maintenance completed for each property
- Reduced downtime across vehicles and essential equipment
- Zero outstanding safety issues tied to facilities or tools
- Consistently positive feedback from internal teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or equipment repair
- Comfortable using maintenance tracking software or apps
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto maintenance
- Familiarity with commercial facilities or light construction
- OSHA 10 or 30 certified
- Basic knowledge of restoration tools, vehicles, or equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
