About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will spearhead the reliability and performance of our production infrastructure. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing equipment uptime, fostering a culture of safety, and leading strategic continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities-
Direct and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient workflow, skill development, and minimal operational backlog.

Design and execute a robust preventive and predictive maintenance strategy to maximize equipment longevity and performance.

Utilize root cause analysis to resolve complex mechanical and electrical equipment failures, ensuring long-term process stability.

Manage departmental budgets and inventory systems to optimize spare parts availability while controlling operational costs.

Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to reduce waste and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, food safety protocols, and rigorous internal safety policies across all maintenance activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and integrate new equipment into existing production lines.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent professional experience.

10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance settings.

3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

Proven expertise in maintaining high-speed packaging equipment.

Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.

Advanced knowledge of CMMS implementation and management.

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative software tools.

Demonstrated success in leading cost-saving initiatives and process optimization projects.

Deep understanding of FSQA and GMP standards within a regulated production facility.
