Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Industry: Real Estate & Property Management

Location: Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our Real Estate & Properties Management team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing residential, commercial buildings, and labor camps within the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
• Background in Real Estate & Property Management Company is mandatory
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in managing:
• Residential & Commercial Buildings
• Labor Camps / Staff Accommodations
• Strong knowledge of FM operations , maintenance planning, and vendor coordination
• Ability to supervise technicians, contractors, and site staff
• Familiar with UAE regulations, safety standards, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of properties
• Supervise FM teams and third-party contractors
• Monitor service quality, safety, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with management on operational improvements
• Handle inspections, reports, and tenant-related issues

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
