Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor
Department: Administration / Facilities
Job Purpose
To take full ownership of office facilities and maintenance across all company locations, ensuring clean, hygienic, safe, and well-maintained workspaces, while supervising maintenance staff and cleaners and coordinating office fit-outs and seating arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office maintenance across all locations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general repairs).

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including WCs, pantries, and common areas.

Supervise and manage all maintenance staff and cleaners; assign duties and monitor performance.

Coordinate seating arrangements, workstation changes, and space utilization.

Manage and support new office fit-outs, renovations, and refurbishment activities.

Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Conduct regular inspections and promptly address maintenance or hygiene issues.

Maintain basic records and provide updates on facility issues and improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company standards.
Reporting Structure

All maintenance staff and cleaning personnel will report to the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or relevant qualification in Facilities, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision.

Experience managing cleaning and maintenance teams.
