Position Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance and repair of the physical infostructure of the facility, this role includes performing routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, reading schematics and troubleshooting issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry to ensure and maintain a safe and operational work environment.

What you'll do

Perform Routine Inspections & Preventative Maintenance
Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment/Systems
Maintain Building Safety & OSHA Compliance
General Facility Upkeep when requested
Ability to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Clear reporting of maintenance needs, coordinating with management, and working with vendors or contractor
All other duties as assigned

Who you are

High School Diploma or GED
Vocational Training in Plumbing, HVAC and Carpentry
EPA Section 608 Technician Certification
OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)
1+ Years of Facility Maintenance Experience
