Facilities Maintenance Technician

Saint Philip’s in the Hills is an Episcopal church that welcomes everyone without judgement. The campus is 10 acres large with multiple buildings, some of them historic. Many groups rent meeting and event space.

About 50% of work is general handyman/maintenance tasks.

Complete tasks that ensure the property meets all safety standards, community appearance standards, and that all spaces, equipment and amenities are maintained in good working order.

Ability and skills required to perform maintenance in any or all of the following areas: general repair, minor electrical, basic plumbing, light carpentry, painting and flooring repair and installation.

About 50% of work is tasks related to events.

Prepare meeting spaces by setting up tables, chairs, and any audio/visual equipment and provide beverage services when requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
