Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician ensures the efficient operation of machinery and equipment in the joinery factory by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs.

What You Will Do?

• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on joinery machinery, including saws, planers, and sanders.
• Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize production downtime.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Equipment Setup: Assist with the installation, calibration, and setup of new machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure machinery complies with safety regulations.
• Support: Work with production staff to address equipment-related issues and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Need?

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
