Step into a hands-on role where your technical know-how keeps an active facility running smoothly. As our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll move from preventive rounds to urgent fixes, partnering with a tight-knit team to keep building systems reliable, safe, and efficient.

A Day in the Life

You’ll begin with a walkthrough of the site—checking building systems, scanning for issues, and logging observations. Service tickets roll in: a malfunctioning HVAC unit, a lighting circuit to troubleshoot, a plumbing leak to repair. You’ll document the work you complete, coordinate with teammates on larger efforts, and ensure everything aligns with safety standards. Throughout the day, you’ll also assist with equipment setups and ongoing upkeep so operations never miss a beat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep thorough records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Support installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of facility systems and equipment.
  • Uphold safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Collaborate with peers to streamline processes and enhance facility performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in facility maintenance or a related trade.
  • Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC fundamentals.
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear communicator with a service-first mindset.
