Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Facilities Management sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new FM contracts in both public and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and estimation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the Facilities Management / Building Services / Property Services industry in the UAE.
  • Strong network of contacts within real estate developers, property managers, and government entities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of FM solutions (hard and soft services).
  • UAE driving licence and own car preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
