- Booking clients’ appointment requests in all company communication platforms such as phone calls, e-mail, Facebook messenger, company website and WhatsApp.
- Arranging dispatch of technicians on a daily basis to attend client appointments ensuring quality of service and adherence of schedule.
- Assists in office operations such as coordinating office activities and operations to serve efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- In charge of stock inventory, looking for/dealing with suppliers to procure materials such as AC units, AC spare parts, water heater, water pumps and any AC, plumbing and electrical consumables.
- Managing invoices, payment collection and data entry via QuickBooks
- Marketing the company’s services through social media platform, e.g Facebook, WhatsApp and Email.
- Manages daily operations of the organization, orchestrating forward-thinking strategies to accomplish profit and expansion goals.
- Assists in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
- Handles problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
- Delivers business strategy and develops systems and procedures to improve operational quality and team efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,750.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
