Facilities Management Coordinator (Tagalog or Arabic Specker)

We are hiring a Facilities Management Coordinator to support the daily operations of Al Abbas Group offices and facilities across the UAE. This role combines office administration, site inspections, and facilities coordination to ensure compliance, safety, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with internal and HSE standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage office operations, assets, supplies, and admin requirements
  • Oversee recurring facility services and minor maintenance works
  • Support procurement, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Liaise with IT for basic office setup and systems support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in admin / facilities / field operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel
