Facilities Management (FM) Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. The FM Engineer will ensure that all building systems function efficiently, comply with regulations, and support a safe, comfortable, and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare maintenance reports
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
• Support facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management preferred)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building operations
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices
• Strong communication and vendor management skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
