Job Title: Facilities Management Marketing Intern (Video & Design)

Duration: 10–12 Weeks (Late May – Mid-August)

Schedule: 32–40 Hours/Week (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00/hour

Role Overview

CESA 10 is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Intern to join our Facilities Management team this summer. You’ll spend your summer capturing the transformation of school facilities, distilling complex information into engaging narratives, and elevating our brand through visual storytelling and high-end motion graphics. This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work remotely while requiring on-site visits to capture high-quality footage and collaborate with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Support the end production (editing, and sound design) of long form educational videos.
• Visual Storytelling: Create compelling "Before & After" reels and stills showcasing our construction and facility renovation projects.
• Event Coverage: Travel to project sites and events to capture high-quality raw footage and interviews.
• Social Media Content: Script and edit short-form videos optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Motion Design: Enhance video content with custom animations, lower thirds, and motion graphics to explain technical concepts.

Qualifications

We are looking for a student or recent graduate majoring in Video Production, Interactive Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating strong video editing skills and a keen eye for pacing and composition.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to final export.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and 2D animation.
• Comfortability operating camera equipment and audio gear in various environments (on-site construction, office settings, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for interviewing subject matter experts.
