The organization operates an integrated facilities management (IFM) arm covering all services, including hard and soft facilities management. The client is actively involved in large-scale, high-profile projects, including developments in NEOM, and partners with major contracting and service companies.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Director to lead the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with extensive experience managing both hard and soft FM services across large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. This role demands strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, including blue-collar staff and contracting companies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the IFM operations across all projects, ensuring delivery of hard and soft services to the highest standards.
Manage multiple large-scale FM projects, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with client standards.
Oversee and coordinate the performance of subcontractors, blue-collar workforce, and service providers.
Develop and implement strategic FM plans aligned with the client’s property infrastructure goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all facilities and services.
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular reporting and updates to senior management.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with project and construction teams to integrate FM requirements from the design stage through handover and operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Technical degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Proven experience (15+ years) in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or project director role.
Deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including hard and soft FM services.
Experience managing large teams, including blue-collar workforce and subcontractors.
Strong experience in property infrastructure projects, preferably within high-profile developments (e.g., NEOM).
Excellent knowledge of FM best practices, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Arabic language proficiency required; English is essential.
Experience in top-tier companies or multinational FM environments is preferred.
