Facilities Management Specialist (Tabuk)

Role Purpose

The Facilities Specialist supports daily site operations, inspections, documentation control, and coordination between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections
• Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress
• Update CAFM system with work order status
• Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination
• Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data
• Assist in emergency response and incident reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management
• 1–2 years’ experience in FM or building operation
• Basic knowledge of MEP system
• Strong coordination and organizational skill
