The FM Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across facility systems to ensure smooth and safe operations. This includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance activities.
What you'll need:

Perform routine inspection and maintenance of facility equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Carry out preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.

Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns in a timely manner.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

Ensure all facility equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Maintain maintenance logs and service records.

Support installation and setup of new equipment or systems.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.
What you'll need:

Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance.

Experience working in commercial buildings, warehouses, or retail facilities is preferred.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of building management systems (BMS) is a plus

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Good communication and teamwork skills
