We are hiring for a facilities Manager

Location: Chennai Guduvanchery

Exp: 8 – 10 yrs

Education: Diploma & BE Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Salary Budget – 10 lacs p.a. (max) Based on the experience .

Job Description:

• Manage Infrastructure maintenance – Proactive maintenance, Building Maintenance, Technological solutions (Integrating technological solutions), Electrical maintenance,
• Manage renovation and refurbishment
• Contract Management (AMC, Legal contracts, Lease agreements of facilities, Insurance of Buildings and assets).
• Real Estate Management – Identify new warehouse and offices as and when required, LDD, lease agreement, furnishing and handing over to the Business unit
• Energy management
• Maintenance of Extra Low Voltage System
• Manage Vendors and Suppliers
• Procurement of Racks, Electrical equipment & Devices, Operational Consumables, and other general items
• Compliance Management (Occupational Health & Safety – OSH) Health and Safety practices as per the policy
• Maintain systems according to ISO 27001 standards.
• Soft Services
• Security Management
• CSR ESG and DEI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
