Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Facility Manager
to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities in
Abu Dhabi
. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
Facility Management
, a strong understanding of local regulations, and a commitment to delivering high standards of service. This role involves managing service providers, ensuring compliance, and optimizing facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and soft services.

Supervise and coordinate with in-house teams and third-party contractors.

Ensure compliance with
Abu Dhabi Municipality
regulations, EHS standards, and local authority requirements.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Manage budgets, prepare cost reports, and control expenses related to facility operations.

Oversee asset management, equipment inventory, and spare part tracking.

Monitor building systems and respond to facility-related emergencies.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, security, safety, and environmental compliance.

Liaise with tenants, clients, or internal departments to address service requests and complaints.

Prepare periodic reports on facility status, contractor performance, and KPIs.

Lead sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.

Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
-
Minimum 5–7 years of Facility Management experience
, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

Proven knowledge of
HVAC, MEP systems
, civil works, and soft services.

Familiarity with
local UAE regulations
, including Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), and EHSMS.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in CAFM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and deliver reports.

UAE Driving License is a
