Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities in Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Facility Management , a strong understanding of local regulations, and a commitment to delivering high standards of service. This role involves managing service providers, ensuring compliance, and optimizing facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and soft services.
  • Supervise and coordinate with in-house teams and third-party contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, EHS standards, and local authority requirements.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Manage budgets, prepare cost reports, and control expenses related to facility operations.
  • Oversee asset management, equipment inventory, and spare part tracking.
  • Monitor building systems and respond to facility-related emergencies.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, security, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants, clients, or internal departments to address service requests and complaints.
  • Prepare periodic reports on facility status, contractor performance, and KPIs.
  • Lead sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Assist in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of Facility Management experience , preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems , civil works, and soft services.
  • Familiarity with local UAE regulations , including Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), and EHSMS.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CAFM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and deliver reports.
  • UAE Driving License is a plus or may be required depending on the site location.
