Facilities Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across a residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing vendors, staff, and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and property inspections
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure efficient unit turnover and minimize vacancy downtime
  • Lead capital projects and coordinate repairs within budget
  • Review bids, control costs, and approve invoices
  • Maintain strong collaboration with property management and leasing teams

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of property maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) preferred

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
