About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of approximately 500 retail stores remotely. While this is primarily an individual contributor role, you will have direct support to assist in managing day-to-day responsibilities. Together, you’ll drive efficiency, safety, and sustainability across a large portfolio.
This role is part of our Facilities Management function, where we go beyond the basics. You’ll be at the heart of asset operations, collaborating closely with property managers and landlords to maintain performance standards and resolve issues quickly - delivering exceptional service without being on-site.
Location Requirement: You must reside in the Eastern Time Zone to align with store operations and business needs.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $74,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
