Facilities Project Engineer – Civil (Onsite, Creech AFB, NV)Construction Manager / Construction Tech

ITC is seeking both a Lead Construction Manager and a Construction Technician to support the 432nd Support Squadron Civil Engineer Flight at Creech AFB.

Responsibilities

·Lead Construction Manager

- Serve as primary construction representative for large-scale projects.

- Oversee construction operations and contractor performance.

- Prepare/review SOWs, IGCEs, inspection reports, and change orders.

- Monitor compliance with specifications, schedules, codes, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Construction Technician

- Provide technical support for construction oversight.

- Assist with inspections, testing, and documentation.

- Support development of SOWs, IGCEs, and project records.

- Track and update construction progress reports.

- Assist with contractor evaluations and compliance checks.

Qualifications

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Active Secret clearance required.

- For Lead: BS in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or Engineering, and 5+ years of construction management experience.

- For Technician: AS/BS in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or Engineering, and 3+ years of experience.

- Knowledge of federal/DoD/AF construction standards and safety codes.

- Strong coordination, inspection, and communication skills.

This is a funded, immediately available position under ITC’s 432nd Civil Engineering Flight Support program (approved 19 Sept 2025).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $56,000 - $90,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 13 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
