Facilities Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities management projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale facilities operations, refurbishment projects, maintenance programs, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities management projects from initiation through completion.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Manage refurbishment, renovation, fit-out, and asset replacement projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project execution plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, progress, and costs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality standards.
• Manage procurement activities, contractor evaluations, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
• Ensure effective lifecycle management of facilities assets.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Resolve project-related technical and operational issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in facilities management, construction, or project management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale facilities or maintenance projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, or government sectors.
• Strong understanding of facilities management principles, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
