Facilities Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all facility management activities within the organization.
• Develop and manage schedules for maintenance, cleaning, and facility services.
• Supervise and oversee maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate repair operations efficiently while minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all facility activities.

Requirement

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

Electrical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Industrial Engineering

Public Administration

• Minimum of 2 years’ experienc e in facility management or a related field
• Excellent proficiency in Englis h (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
