Facilities Supervisor

Oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of an organization's physical infrastructure. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and grounds are functional, secure, and compliant with regulations—supporting a productive and comfortable environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff including custodians, technicians, and groundskeepers
• Coordinate repairs, installations, and renovations with internal teams and external contractors
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for performance and safety
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues efficiently
• Review utility consumption and implement cost-saving strategies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision
• Certifications in safety, HVAC, or building systems are a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
