Facilities Supervisor

Supervision and Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the hard FM team, including maintenance staff and technicians.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring a productive workflow.


Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and other essential systems.
Schedule routine inspections and audits to assess the condition of facilities and equipment.


Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Coordinate and supervise reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely response to facility issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and oversee corrective actions.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct safety training and meetings to promote a safety-conscious work environment.


Budgeting and Cost Management:
Assist in developing and managing the budget for hard FM operations.
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Vendor Management:
Liaise with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure services meet contractual obligations.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and work orders.
Prepare reports on maintenance performance, system status, and issues for senior management.


Team Development:
Mentor and train staff to enhance skills and ensure effective performance.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement.
