We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee our cleaning and security teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and support a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and security teams.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Monitor staff performance, schedules, and attendance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Assist in handling facility-related issues and resolving operational challenges.
- Liaise with management, contractors, and service providers when needed.
- Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in cleaning, housekeeping, security, or related operations.
- Hospitality experience is required (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, etc.).
- Preferred: Experience in real estate, property management, or construction sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
