As a Facilities Supervisor, you will lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure the provision of a high standard of cleaning service for El Obour Plant. In addition to implementing Danone’s policies and procedures to ensure personnel and property protection. About you

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor cleaning quality and inspect site facilities.
• Respond promptly to facility issues and take corrective actions.
• Manage the waste area and its operations.
• Plan and oversee facility repairs, maintenance, and daily operations.
• Supervise cleaning staff and set daily cleaning schedules.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and evaluate housekeeping performance.
• Oversee high‑level cleaning tasks (floors, walls, furniture, restrooms).
• Ensure cleaning equipment/materials are cleaned and properly stored.
• Train cleaners on equipment use, cleaning materials, and safe practices.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
• Manage cleaning and cafeteria stock, equipment, and purchase orders.
• Handle cleaning complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Manage the facilities budget and drive improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the facilities field.
• Excellent leadership, communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Action & detail oriented.
