Facilities Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hard FM operations (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, etc.)

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Lead and support technical teams and technicians

• Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance

• Conduct routine inspections and recommend improvements

• Respond to emergency maintenance issues

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

• Support procurement on technical evaluations and scopes

• Contribute to cost control and resource optimization

Success Indicators

• High maintenance task completion rate

• Full SLA compliance

• Zero safety violations

• Positive audit outcomes

• Controlled maintenance costs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5–7 years of experience in Hard FM operations

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of HVAC & MEP systems

• Experience managing vendors and contractors

• Familiarity with CMMS systems

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Facilities Management Certification

• Experience in retail / commercial real estate

• Valid driving license
