About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Facilities & Warehouse Clerk to support our accommodation, warehouse, and HR operations. This role involves ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, handling daily operational needs, and coordinating with the HR department for employee movements and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of staff accommodations and warehouses.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify facility, equipment, and supply needs.
- Maintain and update inventory and asset records.
- Coordinate with HR for new joiners’ accommodation arrangements, staff transfers, and related logistics.
- Ensure smooth movement and allocation of rooms, furniture, and utilities for employees.
- Liaise with suppliers, maintenance contractors, and service providers.
- Support in ensuring compliance with company safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on facility and warehouse status.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities, warehouse, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
- English proficiency required (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE driving license is Required.
