  • Oversee facility operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office services.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment, utilities, and workplace assets.

  • Manage vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and cost control.

  • Supervise office administration functions such as stationery, office supplies, travel arrangements, and asset management.

  • Ensure timely and proper setup of workstations, meeting rooms, and company events.

  • Handle facility-related budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking.

  • Manage administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring daily performance.

  • Lead facility projects such as renovations, space planning, layout changes, or office expansions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, logs, and inventory records.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in facility management or administration roles.

  • Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
