Facility Civil Engineer

About the Role

To oversee and manage civil facilities operations and maintenance, ensuring buildings and infrastructure are safe, functional, and maintained according to approved standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil maintenance and facility operations, including buildings, roads, pavements, and drainage systems.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare regular reports on facility conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operation of facility services.
• Review civil drawings and participate in project handover and acceptance processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing maintenance plans and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 2 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.
