Facility Coordinator

Nationality Requirement: Saudi National


Job Summary:

The Key Controller is responsible for managing and controlling all keys related to properties or facilities, ensuring proper tracking, security, and accountability. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and prevent key mismanagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control all property/unit keys and access devices.
  • Keep accurate records of key issuance, returns, and inventory.
  • Ensure secure storage and handling of all keys.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for key handover and return.
  • Report any lost or damaged keys and follow proper procedures.
  • Support administrative tasks related to access control.


Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • Medically fit.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative services or a similar role.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office and tracking systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage records and follow procedures strictly.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
