Facility Engineer

• BE degree in Mechanical.
• Minimum 8 years post qualification work experience in the field of MEP.
• Minimum 6 years work experience in Gulf countries with facilities management/Maintenance contractor OR in MEP projects.
• Previous work experience on MEP system similar to Mesaimeer city (e.g. residential building, High rise buildings, Commercial buildings or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge and ability to handle Chilled water HVAC system is must.
• Good knowledge and ability to handle Hot water Boiler system will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with comprehensive operation and maintenance of HVAC system, CHW system, Mechanical systems, Electrical system, Boiler system, Drainage system, plumbing system and allied MEP services and maintenance.
• Ability to review and evaluate engineering blueprints/drawings.
• Must possess technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot on a variety of MEP system.
• Supervising & monitoring the MEP contractors and ensuring that the highest quality of work is in accordance with project specific cost & schedule requirements
• Familiar with Facility Management software like CAFM.
• Familiar with Internationally recognized Mechanical Codes and Standards
• Excellent planning, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
• Organized, detailed-oriented and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Should have the computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and windows operating system.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Qatar driving License.
