Facility Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to support the efficient management of both soft and hard services across our site. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, compliance with safety standards, and reliable maintenance practices to sustain continuous business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soft Services Management: Supervise housekeeping, security, catering, and landscaping vendors; monitor performance against KPIs.
• Hard Services: Conduct daily walkthroughs, coordinate repairs, and perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, including 3-phase equipment up to 480V.
• Vendor Oversight: Review vendor reports, enforce contractual obligations, and ensure service quality.
• Operational Support: Organize daily site operations, assist in project execution, and provide technical support to supervisors.
• Inspections & Reporting: Carry out site inspections, prepare daily progress updates, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Client Interaction: Address client queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Emergency Response: Be available for shift rotations, 24/7 standby duties, and urgent call-outs.
• Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks and execute management-assigned responsibilities diligently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Mechatronics, or Civil Engineering .
• 1–2 years of experience in a facility management role .
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts when required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to respond promptly to repairs and ensure asset availability.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
• Commitment to preventive maintenance and high standards in asset monitoring.
• Proven problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
