Facility Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in facility engineering, demonstrating a strong track record of managing and maintaining complex facilities. The candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate across teams and with stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

Candidate must be Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical)
Candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English languages (preferred Arabic nationality)
Total experience minimum 8 years.
Minimum 5 Years Experience in Facility Management Services field
Duty shall be 10 working hours. Ramadan shall be 08 working hours.
Only Freelancer will be accepted.
Must be locally available in Qatar
A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
Can join immediately.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage facility projects, including renovations and new construction.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Manage facility budgets and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations.
Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
