The Role
Position Title: Facility Engineer - Shopping Mall Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Annual airline ticket, company mobile and laptop Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A vibrant, themed-shopping and lifestyle destination in Dubai. Job Description: • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor management, PPM planning, and coordination with finance for timely payments. • Coordinate with leasing and fit-out teams to ensure smooth tenant handovers, approvals, and fit-out completion. • Manage utility account closures and transitions with service providers for tenant move-ins and move-outs. • Support management in implementing property upgrades to enhance value and tenant experience.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Male, 40 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering field • At least 4 years of experience in the same role within shopping malls in UAE, preferably Dubai • Strong English communication skills and flexibility to handle emergencies outside of normal working hours.
