We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facility Head to oversee facility management operations, maintenance activities, and team coordination, managing vendors and staff, and delivering high-quality facility services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems
  • Supervise facility staff, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
  • Coordinate with clients and management regarding facility requirements
  • Prepare reports related to maintenance, operations, and performance
  • Monitor inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency
  • Handle emergency maintenance issues and operational challenges
  • Ensure all facility services are delivered efficiently and professionally

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in building maintenance and operations
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage vendors, staff, and daily operations
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in client coordination and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
