Job Title: Maintenance Director

We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards across all areas of our facilities, and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Director to lead and oversee all maintenance operations.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the club’s buildings and grounds. This hands-on position requires expertise in general maintenance, light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, janitorial tasks, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-functioning facility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and club facilities.
· Conduct repairs involving light plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and painting.
· Oversee daily janitorial duties and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
· Manage small renovation or repair projects as needed.
· Schedule and supervise any outside contractors or specialized technicians.
· Maintain an inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies.
· Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate seasonal tasks such as HVAC maintenance or pest control.
· Collaborate with club leadership to prioritize and budget for facility needs.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in a hospitality, club, or hotel setting.
· Broad knowledge of maintenance disciplines including plumbing, electrical, painting, and custodial work.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Basic computer skills (email, maintenance tracking systems).
· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks as required.
· High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.
· Must pass a background check.
