- Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- Pay Range: $17.63–$18.25 per hour (based on skills and experience)
- Work Location: Onsite – Sterling, IL 61081
- Shift: 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Travel: 5%
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and respond promptly to maintenance-related incidents.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
- Properly dispose of waste and scrap materials following safety and environmental regulations.
- Order required parts, tools, and supplies to support facility and equipment maintenance.
- Accurately document maintenance and repair activities, including time and material costs.
- Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and facility improvement projects.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Assist with facility upgrades such as painting, drywall, fixture installation, and light carpentry.
- Move materials, equipment, or furniture throughout the facility as needed.
- Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
