FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR WANTEDWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all facilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works)</li><li>Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out effectively</li><li>Monitor and manage maintenance staff and contractors</li><li>Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies</li><li>Prepare maintenance schedules and reports</li><li>Handle troubleshooting and emergency repairs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in facility maintenance or similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP)</li><li>Good leadership and team management skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure</li><li>Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
