Facility Maintenance Support

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Support person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing various equipment and systems, including heavy machinery and home appliances like TVs. You will also monitor and maintain these systems, diagnose problems, and troubleshoot issues to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary parts.
• Follow repair manuals and collaborate with other experts when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Source and negotiate for parts with suppliers and provide cost estimates before starting repairs.
• Manage tasks efficiently to deliver quality results on time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma, 12th standard, or 10th standard.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance work.
• Must have experience in electrical and plumbing work.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
• Preference given to candidates from Ernakulam.
