Facility Maintenance Support – Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing a variety of equipment and systems, ranging from heavy machinery to household appliances such as televisions. You will also be tasked with monitoring these systems, diagnosing issues, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble required parts.
• Follow repair manuals and collaborate with specialists when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and create preventive maintenance schedules.
• Source parts from suppliers, negotiate prices, and provide cost estimates before repairs.
• Efficiently manage tasks to deliver quality results within deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma, 12th standard, or 10th standard.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance work.
• Proficient in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to handle diverse responsibilities.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Ernakulam.
