Key Responsibilities

  • Create, assign, prioritize, and track facility maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate daily maintenance activities with in-house technicians and external vendors
  • Monitor work order status to ensure timely completion and compliance with SLAs
  • Maintain accurate records in CMMS or work order management systems
  • Review maintenance requests and assess urgency and scope of work
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and follow up on recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Prepare reports on work order volume, turnaround time, and maintenance costs
  • Communicate updates to management and relevant departments
  • Verify completion quality and close work orders accordingly

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or work order coordination
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
