Key Responsibilities
- Create, assign, prioritize, and track facility maintenance work orders
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities with in-house technicians and external vendors
- Monitor work order status to ensure timely completion and compliance with SLAs
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS or work order management systems
- Review maintenance requests and assess urgency and scope of work
- Schedule preventive maintenance and follow up on recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare reports on work order volume, turnaround time, and maintenance costs
- Communicate updates to management and relevant departments
- Verify completion quality and close work orders accordingly
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or work order coordination
- Hands-on experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
