Job Summary:
The Facility Management Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. The role focuses on managing maintenance, facility services, budgets, vendors, and improvement projects while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all facility management operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies and operational plans .
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs .
• Manage facility budgets, cost control, and financial planning .
• Supervise facility teams, contractors, and service providers .
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements .
• Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects .
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering , Facility Management, or a related field .
• 8 + years of experience in facility management or related fields.
• Strong experience in operations, vendor management, and budgeting .
