Facility Management Engineer

· Qualification:

Civil Diploma Engineer

· Responsible for Palghar & Silvassa units

· Experience :

5-6 years to handle facility

· Key responsibilities:

1. Must have knowledge of studying mechanical & civil drawings

2. Knowledge of executing civil projects up final finishing as per plan

3. Knowledge of executing mechanical projects like fabrication , electrical work for facility

4. Knowledge of execution of furniture work

5. Knowledge of checking of various related bills

6. Housekeeping planning and supervision

7. Water management of facilities

To keep all facilities updated /upgraded, neat and clean

· Maintaining records, reports, and managing utility usage.

· Ensuring compliance with legal and environmental standards.

· Communicating with stakeholders and providing a conducive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
