Company Overview:

Cold Star Trading & Contracting, a leading company in the MEP and HVAC industry, is looking for a skilled Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our facility management division. We specialize in delivering high-quality maintenance solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our clients’ facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all facility maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil).
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure service quality.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update management on progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance (Qatar or GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
• Can manage multiple sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
