Facility Management Engineer – Civil

Job Summary

The Facility Management Engineer – Civil will support the delivery of civil maintenance and FM services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable Qatar standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections and identify building and civil defects.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Support project and FM management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management within the GCC.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works.
• Good understanding of Qatar standards and codes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
