The Facility Management Lead at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for the oversight and management of all facilities-related activities, ensuring that the built environment supports the organization's operational objectives. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable facility that meets the needs of tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement facility management strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Coordinate and manage facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects from conception to completion

Ensure that all facility services, including janitorial, landscaping, and security, are performed to a high standard

Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of quality services and timely response to maintenance requests

Monitor facility budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation

Requirements
Qualifications:
