Facility Management Manager - FM

Role Purpose
The Facility Management Manager at Hyde Park Developments leads the end-to-end FM operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, operational efficiency, and an exceptional community living experience across all developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all hard and soft FM services across multiple developments, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance FM strategies, annual budgets, and performance metrics (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor management, including tendering processes, contract administration, and performance evaluation to ensure service quality and cost control.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, local regulations, and quality standards through regular audits, inspections, and risk management practices.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs, and cost optimization strategies across all facilities and assets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop FM teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

10–15 years of progressive experience in facilities management or real estate operations within large-scale developments.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and service providers effectively.
