Key Responsibilities
:

Oversee daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.

Ensure that all services such as cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping are delivered effectively and meet organizational standards.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure all systems are regularly serviced and maintained.

Coordinate and oversee corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of any issues or breakdowns.

Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring all maintenance and operational services are delivered to the required standards.

Negotiate and oversee contracts for maintenance, repair, and operational services, including evaluating vendor performance.

Ensure all vendors comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
:
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Facility Management, Engineering, a related field.
-
5 years of experience in facility management, project management, or a related role
-
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility management best practices.

Proven experience managing complex projects from conception to completion.
-
Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
